I'm Always in Love

Aaaaand MICAH!
(editors choice photo)

Now this post is going to seem like I'm just bragging. It hasn't been a perfect week though. Out of the 6 out of 6 days that I skied in many of the seemingly thousands of ski areas in Italy's Aosta valley, it never snowed. It was only 100% blue skies, except for today, there were some clouds that crossed the sun.  I only skied groomed runs. It was mostly sightseeing some of the most spectacular mountain region areas in the world while cruising around on skis. Let's see, what else wasn't awesome...I have a bloody foot from skiing so much. Ummm, the kids skiing has improved incredibly, oh wait, that's a good thing. We had to xc ski for 5km to get some authentic polenta, then ski back, with the kids. I guess that was pretty incredible too. Bob and I only got one day of ski touring, about 2 hours each, no real turns. There you go, no real backcountry experience. Aren't you sad for us? And now we will miss all the delicious food.  Ok. Enough of the tripe, here are the 8000 photos.
